Originally from New York, Dr. Peck moved to Fort Myers in 1993 after graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Davenport IA campus. After passing the Florida board, Dr. Peck opened Specific Care Chiropractic in 1994. With a passion for chiropractic and natural healthcare, Dr. Peck grew his practices in Lee County by seeing each patient with the highest level of care, hospitality and treating each one as his own family. Dr. Peck is certified in Upper Cervical Specific, and the Arthur Croft whiplash series. He is a member of several Florida and National Chiropractic Associations. He has continued his passion for treating patients and managing his practices as his daughters have followed in his footsteps and become Doctors of Chiropractic as well. Dr. Peck now has practices in Lehigh Acres, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and Naples and Coral Springs.
Dr. Baldir Lopez Acosta, MD is board certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He has advanced training in Internal Medicine from the Metropolitan Hospital Center at the New York Medical College in New York City. His specialty and interests include General Family Healthcare, Internal Medicine, Preventative Care, Geriatric care, Acute Illness’s, and Pain Management. With years of experience in the medical field, Dr. Lopez has developed a reputation for providing exceptional care to his patients. He is particularly passionate about working with elderly patients and helping them maintain their health and independence. In addition to his medical training, he has also received specialized training in injury care related to Motor Vehicle Accidents, making him well equipped to handle a wide range of medical ssues. With his extensive knowledge and compassionate approach, Dr. Lopez is committed to providing the highest level of care to his patients.
Dr. Ashley Peck began her career at a young age learning from her Father in his chiropractic office. Here is where she gained the desire to provide others the techniques to aid the body to heal itself. Her interests began to grow more in depth as she saw the benefits of chiropractic carry her through her career as a gymnast. In order to pursue her passion Dr. McKenzie studied at the University of Central Florida and earned her bachelors in Health Science, she then went off to further her knowledge at Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida. In 2018, Dr. McKenzie became a certified graduate of Whiplash Injury Biomechanics & Traumatology, Modules 1-4, by the Spine Research Institute of San Diego, which is considered the most in-depth course educating healthcare professions on the aftermath of a whiplash injury. During this intensive course, Dr. McKenzie became familiar with the epidemiology of whiplash and brain injuries, the mechanical factors of motor vehicle crashes, and the wide range of physical injuries and clinical conditions that can occur. She is also a proud member of the Florida Chiropractic Association and American Medical Association. Dr. McKenzie’s mission is to provide her community with the highest standard of scientific and compassionate care to see her patients achieve their health goals.
